The Department of Cinematic Arts and Media Production cordially invites you to celebrate the launch of the Annual Literary Magazine, RIOT, a student-led publication, published and edited by the senior class and featuring the writing, photography, and artwork of our best and brightest student-artists. We will also be honoring our special guest, Priscilla Clarke, President and CEO of Clarke & Associates, LLC and Ellington Fund Board Member, for her generous support in the production of the magazine. The event will be held on June 1st at 5:30 pm at Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
We welcome our notable alumni, Georgetown neighbors, the Greater Washington community, and all who support the arts and public education to support our student-artists and future visionaries.
VIP ticket holders will attend a cocktail reception with light hors d’oeuvres and be gifted a special collector’s edition of RIOT and a preview of the Spring C.A.M.P. Showcase The Little Things. The multimedia showcase presents our student-artists’ perspectives on the mundane yet beautiful moments that make up “a day in the life.”
