I trust you had an outstanding week! I'd like to pause and convey my gratitude and appreciation for the remarkable arts and academic experiences that unfolded at Ellington this week. The atmosphere has been filled with the joy of learning, clearly reflecting the hard work of our committed teachers and staff as they tirelessly strive to inspire and support our students.
We'd like to take a moment to thank everyone who attended our recruitment show "The Ellington Experience" on November 13. Your attendance contributed significantly to the success of the event, and we are truly thankful for your support. "The Ellington Experience" was a captivating showcase of talent and creativity, providing an exceptional opportunity for all of our art departments to display their artistic abilities. This show was an expression of our commitment to the arts and a celebration of the diverse talents within our institution. A special shoutout and heartfelt thanks go to our donors from the Ellington Fund. Their generosity plays a pivotal role in supporting the arts and ensuring that events like these continue to thrive. We deeply appreciate your dedication to our school. Last but certainly not least, a big thank you to all of our student performers and art chairs for their contributions in making this an unforgettable show.
In addition, congratulations to the Cinematic Arts and Media Department for hosting successful showcases on both Friday, November 17th, and Saturday, November 18th. The showcase was a captivating display of creativity, featuring the remarkable talent of our students. Kudos to the participating students for their outstanding performances. Their dedication and hard work are truly commendable, and we were honored to witness the culmination of their efforts.
We are thrilled to announce our Winter Concert, scheduled for December 15 and 16. DESA x Commanders Fundraiser
