The Cinematic Arts and Media Production Department at Duke Ellington is proudly presenting the Spring 2025 Showcase, titled "Homage.” This event is our first film showcase.



“A stylistic tribute to the artists who inspire us - Homage”


Homage celebrates inspiration, creativity, and innovation. All art is a blend of our experiences and influences. For this showcase, we invited our artists to choose a film, a piece of literature, or a photograph that inspires them. They used this influence as a starting point to create something new and distinct that honors or reimagines the source.


The event will only feature films made by our young filmmakers. 


Join us on May 9th at 7 PM and May 10th at 2:00 PM. A Q&A panel with the directors will follow the screening.


Tickets are priced at $25 for general admission and $15 for students.
